Previous International Guests Slapdash director Ryan Millar teamed up with international jet setter Rod Ben Zeev to become: The Republic. All the way from the Philly Improv Theatre, SafeWeird delighted us with their slow, beautifully funny longform. The Sufferettes were a late addition to Slapdash ’13 and we are so glad they came to play. North American veterans-in-exile Jim Libby and Jacob Banigan introduced us to a format inspired by ‘those cigarettes they sell in Amsterdam’. Nadine Antler of Wurzberg, Germany gave Slapdash ’13 a distinctly and delightfully European flavour. PGraph blew us away at the Edinburgh Fringe, so we invited them over to showcase some of their many formats. UCB performers Shannon O’Neil and Alan Starzinski were favourites with their cleverly titled ‘Shannon and Alan’.
